Re: which battery should I buy?

You should watch Ryn F9’s treatment of this topic. My takeaway: I’m not going to be a lithium customer. Don’t need the weight reduction, and don’t want to deal with the cold weather constraints. No benefit for the cost. AGM FTW for me. https://youtu.be/3ywopGAXP-I I concur on both points. My next b...

Because I'm keenly interested in small motorbikes and because there are a lot of articles in English online, I follow the Indian motorcycle market pretty closely. Click Here for an interesting article I found yesterday comparing the Honda CB350 v RE Meteor 350 V Jawa 300.

Re: Insulating the under-seat storage?

As to helmet storage, that's what those big pins at the front top of the pet carrier are for - you can lock your helmet to the bike and leave it on the outside . Yes, so anyone with a knife can get a free new helmet. Excellent idea. I wonder about this, too, but is this really a thing? A helmet wit...

If it is the key switch can I cross a wire or two and make it start? Absolutely! That will rule in or rule out the component. One word of warning, you need to disconnect the switch so you don't accidentally create a new circuit you didn't mean to. Here is the diagram of how the ignition switch work...
