How many miles on the belt? I think around 11,000. I know that is more than the 8k that is recommended but I have never had a Bando belt fail even with over 17k. Turns out there was a little drama over the last few miles. If the scooter has only had 400 miles put on it in ~10 months there is a chance the carb needs to be cleaned again. You may even have old gas in there. I have now seen a used Royal Alloy for sale. A 2020 in black with ~140 miles for $2499. It could also be my issue with the low top speed. Your scooter goes over 50 mph so it doesn't have a low top speed for a Buddy 125. Most of my Buddy 125s have topped out at 52-53 mph. If someone told you that it would go 60+ mph either they lied to you or they don't know what they are talking about...

If I remember correctly there is a screw underneath the headlight that you have to loosen then you can change the angle of the headlight, then tighten the screw to hold it in place.
