I was just riding it. Best way to describe the noise is similar to the noise you would hear riding on a flat tire. A really really flat tire. This time today while on a short ride. Sorry for the confusion. I finally got the racks to line up and not hit one another. The end result was to remove the small red reflectors that are in the rear. they were not allowing the cowl protector to align low enough from the rear rack. Once I get the pics I will be sure to post them .

O.k. this is the problem I have. These two don't seem to work well together. The dealer installed the rear rack...I believe he drilled extra holes where the license plate fits. I just got my 2013 Stella. So far the fuel gauge isn't working, the speedometer isn't close to my actual speed, and my spare tire wont hold air. Good times

The black 4T's are slowly being shipped to CA. I was told it will be here in mid May. I will post some pics once it's home.
