In the 10 years I've had my Blackjack, I've gone through about 4 Prima exhausts and I've just about had it with them. Their weakest point (for me) is the mounting brackets on the muffler, and finding someone around here to weld SS is useless. I don't like the look of the OEM stock muffler, I'd like...

Hello all, I’m new here. I’ve got a 2008 buddy 50 and I can not get this thing started for the life of me. I have no spark. It started with a new ignition switch as The original owner lost the keys. I’ve also replaced the regulator, CDI, coil, plug and stator and STILL no spark!!! Anyone...so...

Check to see if you exhaust is clogged up. If your scooter smokes a lot , that's were I would start.

Don't keep running it! You could be doing more damage behind the vct cover, you could be just throwing the spring around inside the cover chewing every thing up.

Sounds like you kick starter is hanging up. Do you kick start it or electric start.
If you are kick starting does it return up(the lever that u kick) or your starter bendex is not closing with the electric start. Both easy fix

Check for a loose ground wire or a bad connection in your wire harness . If you are getting the correct voltage.
