Thanks for all the unbiased replies. I am leaning towards a bigger scooter than the 170 now. There are two GTS 250’s for sale locally. One for $4,600 and $3,600. Both around 3-4K miles. Also a Blur at $1,400. Maybe that’s the better buy at what, 90% of performance?? I will definitely factor in m...

Hooligan 170 vs Vespa GTS250
Hopefully someone will chime in who has owned both. I sold my Buddy 150 a couple years ago to get a Vespa 150. Worst decision. Vespa was so slow compared to the buddy. I sold the Vespa and now looking for a slightly bigger scooter. Rides around here require I be on roads that exceed 50mph. The 150 c...

What’s this tube sticking out the back?
I noticed this tube sticking out by the rear wheel today. I followed it up and it comes out of the top of the gas tank. Some sort of vent or overflow? Is it supposed o be connected to something? It’s got a clip at the end of it like it is supposed to be hooked onto something. Thanks for any input.

Part ID (carburetor)
Hello, Thanks to all the great info here, I was able to work on my carburetor and get rid of the rough idle issue. Upon putting it back together and tightening the last bolt, I found this piece. It's a rubber boot. Not the one that goes on the throttle cable. Where does it go? And would it be ok to ...
