Modern Buddy

I replaced my instrument panel and everything works great except the fuel gauge. If I'm on the scooter and rock it back and forth the fuel gauge needle will bounce up and down. It appears to have a roughly correct fuel reading. The previous instrument panel I had didn't do this.

Happened outside my apartment. No way to catch a person like this. I live in a big city. I have renter's insurance so maybe it'll cover it.

Yes thank you. That makes sense.

Some ***hole kicked down my scooter today and smashed my gauge. I found this rubber seal next to the scooter. It looks like it fits inside the speedometer, but I'm not quite sure.
