This'll be heresy, I know, but I wash, rinse, flush my old ones with gas and an air compressor until I can't see any particulates in the bucket....works for me. I decided on this approach as the nearest shop charges $21 for the Piaggio filters and wanted $150 for a new belt. You can get filters for...

Hi there. MB has undergone some major upgrades and still needs a bit more work. Working on it. Apologies for being down for a few days without notice — had some server issues that required a complete overhaul. I'm still reworking templates and getting all the features back. The PGO Star 50 has a Minarelli horizontal air cooled engine that's in a bunch of other 50cc scooters from PGO, Yamaha, Aprilia, et. al. (See partial list below.) I'm not sure if the PGO version is a variant, but a lot of the parts should be interchangeable. The Buddy 50 and Roughhouse 50 have the s...

I opted for a tail bag instead of saddle bags and have found it to be much more versatile. It doesn't add to the scoot's width or affect balance. It can hold larger items, and can have things strapped to it.

The not I got is a Givi, but many other companies make them. Might be worth considering.

I haven't had much saddle time on the Hooligan but agree; it felt like the Buddy's big sibling. A lot of people get on a Buddy after riding bigger scoots find it "squirrelly"; the Hooligan is quite un-squirrelly by comparison.
