I gotta agree with oil filter as the suspect. Hopefully your dealer will stand behind it good.

Tip... when I changed the oil, once I got the oil filter on tight, I would put a mark on it that I could see through the front grill. Made it easy to check that it wasn't unwinding at all.

I would still like to shove pencils in the ears of whoever put the filler plug higher than the spec oil level so we can't use the ol' "fill till spill" method. Grrrr

But yeah, for 90ml of oil, if you're questioning the oil level, just drain and refill.
