I don't know if they will fit on a Buddy but Napoleon bar end mirrors rotate and are spring loaded into four detents. You can simply rotate them inboard when you need and outboard when it's time to ride.

I haven't replaced the throttle cable on a Buddy but the old trick that I know is to disconnect the ends of the cable, then secure the new one to the old one. Zip ties, duct tape, whatever. I would not have considered tire paint until you brought this up. I have new tires on my new scooter so I'm not about to buy new ones, and new tires on one motorcycle. I just ordered this. With shipping it it $24.42. I hope it works! :D

I have now seen a used Royal Alloy for sale. A 2020 in black with ~140 miles for $2499. Those 140 miles were pretty expensive miles assuming a $3500 purchase price plus freight, set-up, documentation fee, tax, title, and license. From that picture it is nearly impossible to tell what that stuff is. Best to find the source of the blockage before installing a new exhaust that will just get clogged.

Not sure if the GoPro will do that. The JVC says I have 5 hours HD recording on a 32 GB card. It can be powered by USB but you have to leave the back open.

I would suspect an electrical problem. Loss of volts can cause loss of spark and power for the gauge. Or it could be an unrelated coincidence.
