edit- I welded the hole shut where the upper mount was on the prima canister. So its just the lower with the rubber bushing thats holding the exhaust.

if the threads are messed up, just remove/replace both studs and get new studs and nuts for it.

I think Ace Hardware or any hardware store has them, ask for automotive studs and nuts.

I use them on my Turbo for the exhaust flange.

This is not a blackjack body. Original color was gloss black. 1 can of Spray Paint without sanding or priming.

Update: Grade 8.8 Stainless steel bolt snapped. http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n309/don_resurreccion/junk/motz.gif So i removed the bracket attatched to the scooter and cut off the welded nut behind it. engine oil is low during an oil change. I use 10w40 weight oil. My guage cluster reads kilometers and it says change oil every 1000 kilometers, or when the red number apears on the odometer.

This is what i'm runnin, UNI filter, 103 jet.

Why am i loosing oil, by the time its 1000 kilometers, there is very little oil.

Yes its the bolt on the bottom, just loosen dont remove it and it can be adjusted.

I use HID LOOK H4 bulb. Its fake HID but its purple.

Here's my setup: UNI slanted airfilter with red sleeve, 103 jet, ported and polished head, Prima pipe with a broken upper bracket, NCY full trans upgrade and big brake kit, Dr. Pully sliders, 90/90/10 tires, adjustable coilover. i'm 135lbs and my scooter goes 70mph with the wind, 60-65 mph against it.

Just did a quick read through this thread. Have you tried a small pipe wrench or monkey wrench?

Never use a vice grip for tightening or loosening, they are made to grip or hold something in place, not turn.

Maybe one of the signal harness wasn't clipped back on. The resistance had decreased and current/amperage increased causing the flashers to blink rapidly.

That air is just the cooling fan from the right side of the scooter blowing directly to the cylinder to cool and exits by the header flange to the otherside.

So i replaced the spacer (lower) for the Prima exhaust with a automotive shock absorber bushing. I used the bushing and a washer, its a perfect fit. I hope the Prima bracket mounts wont break anymore. A rubber bushing is always better than a metal spacer. If you can find a bushing, replace the space...

I used a regular bar end that has a rubber bushing on it. The tighter the nut it stretches the bushing, it aborsbs vibrations.

You HAVE to cut off a hole on the grips though.

Yeah, I want the engine pushed back about 6" and tilted so the Prima exhaust won't bottom out. I busted the bracket, it hit an M&M reflector on the road.
