The three spoke wheels only come on the 50cc Buddys despite what the Photoshopped pictures show. Also, the 50's come with smaller tires than the 125 / 150 / 170i's. I'm not sure if the wheels are the same size though. I'm thinking they might be a little narrower.

Nope, the '06 uses a different bulb. (18 watt) You'd have to change the entire headset.

Loosen the 2 bolts that attach the pipe bracket to the engine. Make sure all 6 bolts are loose and correctly threaded before you tighten any of them, at this point I tighten the header bolts first. I have this alignment problem on all three Buddys we've had.

I assume a 4mm socket will do for the adjustment screw, since finding a proper sized box wrench seems to be an exercise in futility. A 4mm square socket is a pretty rare bird also.
