I have a Buddy 125 (not 150) and a Blur.

The Buddy 125 in my opinion is quicker and maybe the same top end if not faster. I would imagine the 150 Buddy would really take the Blur.

Yep, the filter is in plain sight behind the grill which sits directly behind the front wheel.

Awaiting the filter, and looks like I'll do the oil changes from now on.

Official word from Brett at Genuine is that the 2007 BLUR DOES have an oil filter. Same one used in the Buddy.

I ordered 2 from scooterworks and will install as soon as I get it. Just glad I did so ...
