one goes below the battery and one goes on top.
unless they installed a larger (taller) battery and they don't fit?

got it....
took the air filter off, ran it for a bit....
took out some / most gas - added new Gas....
adjusted the idle screw....
a few fast laps around the blocks and she's good to go!

I think those orange wheels are the best "Get seen" devices on the Blur.
One of the reasons I liked the orange over the black Blur's.

White would be my preferred Color for a bike, scoote ...

the first windshield our dealer ordered for my wife's pink buddy had the wrong hardware, the correct windshield.
