i use a stubby hand ratchet with a 21mm socket on the end of it and tighten it as much as possible with one hand on the stubby ratchet handle. At least it is tight but not over torqued since you dont ...

I'm pretty sure it uses the same amount of wires and is a direct plug and play as lon ...
