scootertronic's must have a much higher overhead cost than Bob's . You could probably save shipping costs by buying it locally , just take the NGK number to your nearest auto parts store . Good luck .

Im not recommending your idea but if your outlet is on a ground fault curcuit , and the battery tender has a grounded plug , it probably wont really hurt anything .

Properly reinstalled your original equipment should be reliable if it was not damaged when it was changed out . A stock de-restricted buddy 50 will go 45-50 mph . Good luck .
