PostForum: General Discussion   Posted: Wed Apr 18, 2018 2:44 pm   Subject: What is the factory jet size for the Buddy/Roughhouse 50?
Depending on where I look I see either #35 or #40 for the pilot jet and #75 for the main jet.

Any clarification would be sweet!

Thanks!

I removed the airbox bolts and pulled off the airbox right off of its rubber gasket thing (I didn't loosen the screw so that it pulls off of the carb instead - whoops).

Anyway, it was full of bla ...

During a cold start, should the scooter (Buddy 50) rev higher than normal (3500ish RPM's) and then settle into normal 2000rpm range? Or, should it struggle to keep started (lights flicker, etc) and gr ...

Yes, the throttle snaps back as it should. Keep in mind this is nearly new (I know, take it in for warranty service...they're far away).

It's a 2T 50cc, yes.

How much does your idle vary? Mine seems better but still between 1400 and 2000.

I don't have an idle variance issue really (mine stays around 1800-2000) or so when warmed, however sometimes when w ...

Well, it doesn't return immediately as it should. It takes up to a minute or so. The idle is set correctly (around 1900 rpms).

Not sure what the issue could be. All of the hoses look fine/new. Carb ...

I need the specs for the exhaust nuts that mount the exhaust to the engine.
I also need the specs for the exhaust mount bolts (2 12mm bolts).

Help!
