Awesome, I posted it on 2strokebuzz, thanks for sharing and posting the video, Glen. That dude is like Al Hirschfeld doing caricatures on the boardwalk.
The headlight is blowing my mind, it's clearly a ACMA French Vespa:

Thanks, yea, the guy is amazing... it was at a company event I had to work in Salt Lake area and they told me he could do ANYTHING. I thought I'd stump him with a Scooter (I showed him a Buddy first, he was not sure, then pic of a classic vespa and he was all over it).
This is his website... he's amazing. He did a full sized T Rex if you look at his website. I told him he should try to do Amerivespa next year. http://www.balloonguyentertainment.biz/ His name is Jeremy.
