International Motorcycle Show is in Minneapolis this weekend.

Lovely Allison poses on the new Buddy 150 Pamplona.

Scooterville brought three scoots, and both Piaggio and Kymco have huge booths.

I took a lot of pictures today and will eventually be putting them online.

Oh yeah--notice the sweet Buddy Series posters in the background. Me want.

Here's a few more pics from the show. I still have a ton more to upload.

I met Allison yesterday, spoke with Dave and took a good long look at the Pamplona. Going back today with friends, all of us anxious to check out the 150 some more.

Nice shots Kevin.

Iv put my name down on the list- First one- But I havent put any money down on it yet- There isnt anyone else as far as I know (and as far as the dealer says) that's in line for the new Buddys- there just isnt much of a demand for scooters in this state, AZ. Too many people drive those lifted trucks and giant SUVs- wont even think about getting a scooter. Sad But hay, that means more for me! Very Happy o'course Ill have to watch out for all those BIG trucks who think they own the road. Sad What can you do? Confused
I am going to take out a loan for my scooter and getting my permit in about 2-3 weeks- Im talking to my insurance agent next week about rates, and Im signing up for the MSF class as soon as I get my scoot! Im READY!

Last tuesday they had a blue Saint-Tropez at Metro Scooter in Cincinnati. Unfortunately I don't believe it was for sale. It was a demo for promotional purposes. I was a Metro today and it was MIA. I believe the dealer rep picked it back up.

Metro scooter has quite the suppy of new Stellas. My friend just purchases a powder blue one.

I think the Pamplona could use the darker tan/brown seat from the 07 Orange Buddy and then just add a rack and the a brown Prima Vintage bag and I would be all set.

It looks a lot better in person IMO. I saw the same one toddrw2251 saw. The rep, Ed, and his dog, Scooter, are driving around the midwest right now showing off some of the new scoots and features.

I was really curious about the Pomplona. Thanks for the photos Kevin.

I dropped by Motorsports yesterday, my impression is the '08 Buddys are not in the supply pipeline yet.

I plan on getting a buddy from Metro scooter though Ive only seen their website, not been there in person yet. Are they a pretty good dealer? I live in the Dayton area so its about an hours drive each way.

I've had nothing but good experiences at Metro Scooter in Cincinnati. I bought my buddy from them last year and know many people who also have made purchases from Metro. They take the time to make sure you are buying the right scoot for your needs and then will teach you how to operate it in a vacant parking lot nearby. FYI- they don't really negotiate on prices of their scooters, but from what I have seen and heard on this board they are priced right in relation to other dealers.

You will not be sorry, they are GREAT! good service, knowledgeable on a lot of scooters not just Buddys, and I believe they will deliver to Dayton. Got my Sunset 125 from them. They are the best.

Metro Scooter rocks. I got my Buddy there in 2006; Seth gave me my first riding lesson.

Go visit the store tomorrow (not today, they're closed Mondays). You'll love it. Sit on all the scooters, they have lots of choices. You could even find something that moves your soul more than a Buddy, but they're cool whatever you decide to buy.

Tell them lobsterman sent you.

wow, thanks for all the replies. I emailed them about when they were getting the new 150cc buddy's and they said sometime around the end of February so I might hold off until then to decide which one to get. I'm definitely going to go check out the store in person before hand though.

Ditto on what everyone has said about Metro. They're a great dealership. They've sold tons of Buddys. Get to know Seth and Dave. And tell them Stemer sent you. Very Happy
