Kool. How much top speed advantage does the Aprilia 250 have over the 170i?

There’s quite a difference between the two. I would never try to take the buddy on interstate. It can’t accelerate fast enough and it’s top speed might eventually get to to 65. In the SportCity, I haven’t hesitated to scream up I 25 from Colorado Springs to Boulder with no issue in the 75-85 mph speeds the cars around me

With that said, the Buddy is perfectly fine around town. We even rode 2 up this evening in town to get ice cream.

I might drag race my wife someday to see how much faster the SportCity is.

Now, I used to own a Burgman 400 and that was leaps and bounds over the SportCity. I’ve gone on I 70 in elevations of 11,000 + feet ( Loveland Pass ) like it was a crotch rocket!

Personally, the most important thing is seeing my wife’s smile when she rides the 170i. It may as well be a 1200 cc motor Very Happy

That Buddy is top notch. How about you and your wife do a top speed test. See who has the biggest balls. I'm betting your wife she is at 2/1.
