Estimate of repairs on my scooter

Post by Angela »

$1,940.40

Looks like she'll live too see another day. No frame damage, front forks are goners. They sent me an itemized list of repairs and costs.

Even my stereo and topcase are being replaced.

So my blackjack with pink panels will have to wait. I was gonna call it the pinkjack.

I just want her home so I can love her and sit on her in the garage. Make vroom vroom noises.

That's almost the cost of a new Buddy.

I know. I don't think they'll want to total it though. I may know more today, geico is planning on calling me.

Then LUCKY she is! That's good news. I know you wanted a pinkjack but there's a lot of love in Lucky and she's got a lot left to give.

WHEW!

Darn! I was really hoping to see the Pinkjack (you know why...), but it should be nice to be back in the saddle regardless of what scooter it is :D

:D This is good news Angela. Glad everything is seeming to work out. Just sad that you can only sit on the scoot and make vroom noises.

Good to hear that things are starting to get resolved. Now you get better while they fix the scoot and everything will be okay again.

Got a call of the insurance lady. They will fix my scooter and not total her.

I am very happy to get her back. She and I are tight.

That's great news Angela. Glad things are moving in a good direction that you are happy with. [insert thumbs up emoticon here]

You and your scoot... oh the stories you two will tell...
