I suppose I should be upset, even feel violated, but I'm not. No, in fact, I think this is a friendly message, like "Hey, wanna play?" and yes I want to play. I really really do.

2 years ago, I dressed in a suit and tie and entered the company costume contest as "a respectable adult"
They disqualified me claiming that wasn't a legitimate costume. Both my manager and the site manager both claimed foul and told the judges that they didn't know who/what they were talking about.
The HR manager stuck to her guns and one of the guys in her office won. Costumes were banned from the site due to that.

We go all out for Halloween and work on it starting in June. Our scooter crew will be riding out on Saturday to see our haunt, which shouldn't disapoint. You can check out the progress here...

Stormtrooper armor in the first movie (now called episode 4) was a rush job. The original molds and suits were all lost in a burnt ware house just a few days before shooting scenes with stormtroopers in them. The guys who were in charge rebuilt the molds and made hundreds of suits in a rush then trained them all in a day how to assemble and wear the armor. Tons of guys made mistakes and forgot certain various parts of armor. You can see missing parts if you watch the movie and pause in up close scenes.KRUSTYburger wrote:I just noticed the storm trooper on the left's right shin guard is on sideways! HAHAHA! I was a storm trooper a couple years back for Halloween, I made the helmet and arm/hand guards myself out of cardboard.
It was actually very elaborate. I wish I had a pic. I painted an old Nintendo zapper to look like a blaster they might have used.
Pretty much the body part of the costume was just a white shirt and jeans.
Did I mention I made it in one night?! That's usually what ends up happening every year.

I'll mix it all up here:jfrost2 wrote:Personally owning a suit, I can back up the "excuse" that it is hard to see in the suit. You cant see anything below your eyes or above. Just straight ahead and that's it.
That's me at the end in the orange ... Now the name makes a bit more sense, right?
Gorilla masks have very limited visibility. And we rode in the Halloween parade like that.

I'm dressing up as a VISA bill. Will scare the pants off everyone! Seriously, I am dressing up in my cycle garb with a glowstick strapped to my facemask but marked off as eyeballs that glow, with paper hanging out my wrists and neck, looking like a crash dummy and laying on the grass in the front yard. Will growl when the kiddies show up! Then steal all their candy! Hooray.

I think I have everything for my costume ... greenish brown henly, green cargo pants, welder's face shield, leather gloves, butcher's apron and a roll of duct tape.
