I'm single handily keeping corazzo in business this xmas and got everything I wanted:

Velocitta Gloves (Red & white) - $59
Tempeste Jacket (black) - $249
Ventata (Mesh) Jacket - $179

there's still some xmas money left so I may get a windshield or I may scoop up the spring weight, waterproof hoody from Corazzo such that I'll have a jacket for every climate. OR I may get something NSR, too.

$487

It's been a while since I've posted anything. Work life has been out of control busy.

I didn't personally spend the money, but Santa was kind to me this year.

Tourmaster pants $130
Balaclava $7
Battery tender $40 (which I had to use today)

Total $177

Maybe more by the end of the week... :)

Well I guess Corazzo isn't shipping until the 11th so it's gonna be a while before we're twinkies.

Let's see if I can make it in under the wire...

And a forum introduction from me, first post.

One new Buddy Blackjack, from Route 66 in Marina del Rey. A big thank you to Jessica Baur at Route 66 for making the deal enjoyable.

Total was $4266 out-the-door. Purchase was enabled by a $6100 check from State Farm, in compensation for my poor wrecked Buell XB12S, which was totalled last month; it was T-boned out from under me by a red-light-running 88-year old lady in a Cadillac. I'm hurting all over, but miraculously, still alive...

Anyway, greetings and Happy New Year to you friendly scooteristas from me, old Tom in Santa Monica. As you can see, I still suffer from incurable Buell-mania, but I look forward to joining y'all on some scooter rides this coming year.

Buddys and Buells are NOT a contradiction: riding a rocketship 1125R around the narrow streets and alleys of Santa Monica is pretty awkward; not unlike trying to fly an F-16 inside a hangar. The scooter, however, is just perfect for urban streetfighting. This Blackjack is a real hoot. Its like the world's most pissed-off bunny rabbit!

My advice for the new year? Look out for those old bats in Caddys!
