Hey Everybody. Hope the weather is good for everybody to ride this weekend. I am having trouble with an order that I placed with Buffalo Scooter Co. on 9-5. I had to email them to get a confirmation right from the start. Then they told me that my luggage rack was back ordered until the 15th. I waited until the 21rst to inquire about the shipping status again. No reply to my request. So I waited until today to write again to ask for a status update on my order and so far, no answer. Anybody else ever had any problems with this company? I understand that delays happen because I am a GM parts manager but all I am requesting is a status update!! Thanks for listening. Michael.[/u]

Sometimes brick & mortars aren't so quick to respond to email. Try calling.
