Show me your seat!

Post by sosha »

I've cut down the lovely little BlackJack seat, and, altho my feet reach quite nicely, my arse misses the spongy seat. So, I'm thinking about sending it off to get "comfortized". And then the lightbulb went off.

Maybe get a leather seat cover too?

But it can't be plain. So, I'm searching for ideas.

Anyone who's proud of their seat, let me see it!

Meh, right now I just have the black seat on mine that comes stock on the 125 Buddys.
I made that corduroy cover, but it's long gone (only lasted about 5k miles). Now my original
grey Italia seat, I've got big plans for that! A.K.A. modified cush touring seat. 8)

I've seen several nice seats on here. (you're right, that does sound bad.)Pirate upholstery has some examples on their website. I also remember Mr Miller had a thread about his Black Jack seat. Search for his posts. I'm sure he gave the name of the guy that did his.

It's vinyl. Wipes off easy so the white stays pretty.

I had mine done at the same place as mr. Miller. Diamond Upholestey. Check the scootergallery for "my bike is ready for the rally" pics.
