It's a stolen scooter design with a stolen name, that nobody would even steal, if the keys were left in it. :P

I hope Genuine sues their pants off....although I am sure the payout won't be worth it. I am actually kind of pissed I was thinking there would be a black jack cruiser or something.

my favorite is the "pick your color" option. Kind of like Ford, any color you want as long as it's black

They call it a blackjack because you'll feel like you've been sapped and mugged after you buy it.

Maybe Genuine is branching out and its a subsidiary like Chrysler Plymouth there will be a Genuine Gorilla dealers. Maybe this is Genuine scooter 's big move toward a memorable logo for when they go public and offer shares ;^D

While they might be able to get a trademark infringement verdict, they'd have difficulty demonstrating any financial damages because they no longer market a product by that name.

Yeah, but that's like a PGO Blackjack and a Genuine Blackjack, because Dodge and Plymouth were the same company. It would be very different if you had a Dodge Mustang or Dodge Camaro.

More like a Yugo Mustang or a Lada Suburban.

Oh my, scooter polka. That's awesome! Terrific moves too. Didn't care for the Harley closeup, but over all it had a good beat and you could dance to it.

went from excited to shock in 1.2 seconds...

...it'd be funny if someone actuallt collected all the model names of this clone machine...LOL i've seen on those 'x-treme motosport' websites that scooter model listed twice under 2 different names, on the same website.
