Just to be sure when checking valves...
...the locking nut is the one in the center that takes a 4mm, while the adjustment is done with the larger nut around the base that takes a 9?

Well, that explains why I've never been able to adjust the sodding valves. Thankfully, I never loosened the actual locking nut...and the valves remained clear anyways.

I assume a 4mm socket will do for the adjustment screw, since finding a proper sized box wrench seems to be an exercise in futility.
