The Perkasie Olde Towne revitalization group is inviting scooterists to help boost their First Friday event. Check out the news article. My Genuine dealer MPG Motors will be there.

I liked this announcement in the Montgomery News:

The corner of 7th and Market in Perkasie will be the place to be Friday night from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. if you own a Vespa, Razor, Honda, Yamaha or any of the other popular scooter models. Live music, free wine tasting and a chance to meet other scooter owners will make it a special evening.

Probably just expanding the invite to include a broad spectrum of riders. Yep, even a razor kick scooter. Another funny hit from Google is also thescooterstore.com or scooter.com.

I think they were probably clueless, but I think that this is a good thing overall.

I attended, and it was fun to meet and talk with other scooterists. Some members of the Royal Bastards Scooter Club came a pretty long distance to attend.
