[NSFW] What's out of place in this video? Help.

My friends are telling me there was something out of place in this video beginning at 3:12. I've watched the video over and over and I just can't figure it out. Can any of you help?

Dude. Just a bunch of naked people on bikes. In fact, only half of them were actually naked. Looks like fun!

Then again, growing up and eventually working in the arts industry, I was raised to not hyper-sexualize every form of nudity.

Almost as traumatizing as the first time I saw my dad naked. I was probably around 6 at the time, didn't feel like waiting for my sister to finish brushing her teeth. So I took my brush to the other bathroom and just barged in as he was getting out of the shower. I dreaded growing up and turning into a wookie like him.

Well that was different, The thing that seemed out of place to me is the people who were naked but wearing masks.

That and the guy on the cell phone.
