Hot on one side, glazed on the other......should be tan all the way around. This the plug that came in a new machine? Does the plug match what is specified?

The threads look fine. Can't see anything relevant to how the motor is running (the ceramic)

This is a replacement plug from O'Reilly's, maybe 1-2 weeks old.
