Well my buddy 125 fell over and broke the mirror off.I searched it and tried to get it out ,but it was fused from the coastal salt air.So I need to buy a new right hand switch or a least the back plate that the mirror screws in to,which Id rather do.where can I get this back plate from?
.Im in san diego. any help would be apreciated

The mirror on the right side of my 08 Buddy 125 is a left hand tread. If you were unscrewing it thinking it was a right hand tread you were tighting it.

Mybuddy 125 is correct. The right hand side screws in and out with the opposite rotation. The mirrors in the ebay link above will not work on the right side.

I had to study the parts diagrams to make sure I was getting the right thing but it was not very expensive and I had it replaced quickly.

I love scooterlounge because they do have the diagrams with part numbers so you can make sure you are getting the right part! :!:
