Will a buddy fit in my garage?

Post by Quinndoggie »

Can anyone do me a huge favor and take measurements of a Buddy 170i? (I believe the 125 is the same size.)

I really want a Buddy, but I've only got a single car garage and my Honda Ridgeline takes up all of the space. I may be able to carve out somewhat of a pie shaped place in the corner next to my washer, but I need to know if the Buddy is 25 inches at it's widest point... then how many inches is it at its widest from the back towards the front... 36" or more? The other sticking point is the height of the grips to make sure if I turn the front wheel to avoid hitting the washer or the truck, how much is the "width" of the wheel when turned?

If someone could provide the measurements, I'd be very grateful.

Thank you,
Laurie

The Buddy is about 5'8" long, about 20" wide at the body, and about 28" at the mirrors. (36" long is a little unlikely for any scooter)
If your Ridgeline is too big, perhaps you could trade it for a Fiat 500. Problem solved.
