brake flasher!

I'm sure some of you out there could build this for $2, but...

I saw this in action the other day, I really like the effect.

Or, if you're putting it on your LED-taillight Buddy, you can buy this one for 1/4 the price:

I've had one on for a couple years now.

oh!

I take it those of us with the '07 on up have the right bulb for that already, or do you just pick up one with the flasher?

I'd also like to put one on my Wife's 06, but I imagine that might take a little more finesse.

I've been using the Skene P3's on my Burgman, as it is my main commuting vehicle. I highly recommend them. (Especially after having been bumped once from behind, while on my Blackjack, by a driver creeping up behind me at a stop light).

http://www.lights.skenedesign.com/P3_Features.shtml

They are very bright, have a variety of user selectable flash patterns, and have a conspicuity flicker that is designed to catch the attention of the distracted drivers behind you.

My seat of the pants impression is that more cars stay further back since I have installed them. It is not unusual for a car to stay back 2-3 car lengths once the lights flash.

Anyone have a video of these in action? I'd be interested to see what they look like when going off.

I had this one on my Italia. Very easy to install and worked great.
