Modern Buddy

Do any of you guys/gals know anything about these bikes (BKM Xenon 50). There's one for sale in m y area and was thinking of checking it out, but if it's a piece of junk, I don't even want to waste my time.

Ventos have plenty of problems and very little parts availability. I would steer clear.
