Not sure if anyone's seen this yet, but MLM makes really nice moped pipes and they've cooked up a sharp-lookin' sidebleed pipe for the Buddy 50.
Why sidebleed? Glad you asked. The convergent cone at the back of the pipe doesn't lose any of the pressure wave out the back and reflects more back up the manifold, for a greater "supercharging" effect in the cylinder. Burnt gasses still exit out the side normally. idebleeds give a nice punch when you're "on the pipe".
Pipe's at Treatland: https://www.treatland.tv/MLM-genuine-bu ... pe-381.htm
If it will fit my Zuma, I might nab one.

At what point does a hobby become an addiction? I'm uncertain, but after the twelfth scooter, it sorta feels like the latter...
Seriously...I've lost count...
Seven mopeds ...that's still manageable...

Interesting. The ad implies it is quiet, which would be interesting to me. I wonder how it affects the bottom end performance; my Prima was very poor in that regard.
