I was sick last summer and then the winter came. The scooter was not turned on for that time. This summer I took it out (it's been safe in my basement) and it was dead. I got a new battery and changed it...so that works, but I can't get it to turnover. Any ideas? I am all for DIY I would love to learn more about how to fix it.
