Fuel tank blocked?

Hello. I have been tracing a problem on my buddy 125. It was stalling, hard to start once it did stall or flat out not starting at all. I thought it was my carburetor but after removing it I found it clean as a whistle. Started going up the fuel line and found the filter was clean as well. I ended up removing the fuel line from the bottom of the tank to drain it and nothing came out! Is there a blockage in the tank and if so, how should I proceed to remove it?
