Buddy 50 aftermarket intake issues

Im new here and have been looking on the forum to see if i could find info on this before i posted but couldnt find much. So i have a 2012 Buddy 50 and I recently fitted it with a after market pod intake filter, i rejeted the carb main jet to a #90 and it seems to run good WOT. My problem occurs from 1/4 to 3/4 throttle, its seems like it is leaning out, ive heard this has to do with the needle setting, but when i went to adjust the needle position i found out that i do not have an adjustable needle unless i cant figure it out. also could it be fuel to air mix? Any advice is appreciated.
