Yet another grumble about speedometer accuracy

The Hooligan seems to be the worst of all the scooters I have owned. It reads 66 at a GPS speed of 55.

I filled up today, reset the trip to zero, reset the trip on the GPS to zero and rode home. The Hooligan trip odometer read 12.6; the GPS read 11.6.

That does seem way out. Oh, and I inflated both tires to 30psi before the trip.
