Modern Buddy

Any recommendations on a good cover for the Hooligan with a rear rack/basket? My scoot will be stored outside in Hawaii. I don't want something that might cause more harm than good and am not sure if a cover is even worth it purely for weather protection. At the least I'd want a cover to keep the seat dry.
