13,300 miles on it. Owner has only had it 2 years...

Anything I should check out that would tell me how
it has been taken care of.

Figured this is the place to ask...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a good video from FortNine on the topic of looking at a used bike, although some of the information does not apply to scooters.

I'd be interested in maintenance history. When is the last time the valves were checked, or the brake fluid flushed and bled. 13,000 isn't a lot of miles if it was properly maintained. Should have had 7 oil changes and 3 valve checks by now.

At $800 if it starts and drives and nothing looks messed up I would buy it. You could part it out for more then $800.

The bracket welds on the muffler sometimes start tearing off. It's been along time
since I've sold my blackjack but I think my welds broke around 10,000miles

SMFH Prima. Nice sound but cheaply made.

I’ve had my Blackjack for 10 years and 12,000 miles. No issues, including the muffler. Looks like the original Maxxis tires are on there. They should be changed regardless of mileage. Unfortunately, there are few options for good quality Whitewall replacements. I put Pirelli Blackwell’s on. Happy with them.
