I can check them, but there is no delete button. Anyone know how this works? Thank you in advance.

I don't recall that there was ever a "delete" button. I have just gone to "edit" and replaced the message with the term <deleted>, or you could use <deleted by author>.

1. Click in the box on the right side of the private messages screen for the message or messages you want to delete.

2. Now scroll down to the the lower right hand corner of the page and look for a box that says "Mark/Unmark as important" and click on it.

3. Below "Mark/Unmark as important" will be the option to Delete. Click on it then to the right is a button that says "Go" click on it.

4. Now you will be asked if you are sure you want to delete, click yes.

OR

1. Open the message you want to delete.

2. In the box that has the message there will be some buttons on the upper right side, they are an X, an ! and ".

3. Click the "X" button.

4. Now confirm that you want to delete the message.


If that doesn't make sense let me know and I can try to explain it better.
