Modern Buddy

There used to be a video (a while ago) that showed how to derestrict both the exhaust and variator on a Buddy 50. I did the exhaust as soon as my wife got her Buddy, and now years later, she asked about getting some more speed. But the derestriction section of the video, which was a how to on setting up a new Buddy, is blank on both copies of the video I found. Does anyone happen to have a copy of the old version ?
