Sidestand engine kill switch

Post by Mike1nw »

We have a 2008 125
Now, my Burgman 400 will not set at idle, unless it's on the centerstand.

While Buddy warms up, it has a high idle, so it would be dangerous to leave it on the sidestand.
I'm more thinking of my wife riding it.

So, any ideas on a sidestand switch? To interrupt the run circuit?

When my wife had her Buddy 125 triked she would put a velcro strap around the rear brake lever while it was warming up or parked. Just a regular velcro utility strap. I now use that strap for the extension cord in my garage.
