Scooter Tool List

Hey thought it would be a good idea to list all the common tools used for maintaining your Scooter. Add to the list and I'll keep it updated. Once I have time I hope to list what uses each one has
Tool List:

I'm partial to my air compressor and impact gun too. A good multi-meter. Tire pressure gauge. I realize an impact gun isn't for the easy maint req, but can't do weights without it.

I saw my dealer use this small torque wrench, it was like the size of a pen, I think that would be handy to toss into the "Emergency tool kit" that comes with the bike already. And a sleeve of different bits for the wrench.

I carry a nice set of ratcheting Craftsman wrenches with dual heads, 6 and 7mm, 8 and 9mm, 10 and 12mm, 13 and 14mm, 15 and 16mm, Needle nose pliers, wire strippers, a 1/4" ratchet with 10 and 12mm heads, a 1/2" ratchet with 14 16 18 and 20mm heads, a philips and flat heat screw driver, a magnetic wand and a pair of surgical clamps.
Some of the stuff I'd consider "other" is an LED torch, blue loc tite, a set of 1156, 1157, 194 and H4 bulbs, a multi meter, a set of 5A and 10A blade fuses, a 10A glass fuse for the battery, a 12" length of small hoseing, a 12" length of 16ga wire and a pair of male and female blue connectors.
All this fits inside the tool pouch except the screw drivers, ratchet handles wire and tubeing, all that just sits in the bottom of the seat. It sounds like a lot, maybe it is... but it's fairly compact and doesn't take up too much room... plus I can really fix just about anything the could go wrong so I feel pretty safe headed out anywhere.
I do need to add a tire repair kit and probly a first aid kit as well, it would be a shame to have the combat medic skills and no oops kit.

Frogg Toggs are a brand of rain gear, BTW.

I, personally, am not interested in credit as it was the other people who listed what they took and all...I could never have come up with that list on my own. All I did was use onenote to rearrange the orders of the lists, ha. But if I can find that other list, then you can add that to the 'credit' portion.
(plus, it's missing some stuff, like the blue locktight for the nuts and bolts section, I got exhausted of rearranging after a while)

Alcohol gel, I believe, is for first aid.
Fossil box: One of those metal boxes Fossil watches sometimes come in? Maybe?
When I was a kid (yawn, oldbie alert!) Band-Aids came in these awesome metal containers with a hinged, flip-top lid. Sooo great for keeping a million other things in.

when i was a kid *cough cough*, and went on camping trips, our first aid kits were all inside a bandaid metal container with hinged flip-top lids.
the list should include the stitch-aids...which are like bandaids, but are for doing temporary "stitching" for gashes.
(we didn't have THOSE when i was a kid...what a great invention!!)

I have one of those metal band-aid containers in my medicine cabinet right now. No since getting rid of such a handy container. I just keep buying new band-aids when I need them and fill it up....

Isn't it an odd sign of our times that those metal bandaid boxes are now sold in 'antique' stores? I found one the other day and wondered who in hades would have kept it that long to begin with?
If not a Fossil watch box, there are a few metal tins to be found here and there that would work too

Great list!
I saw a few things for "carry on" I didn't have in my scoot's glove box.
And I think the alcohol gel maybe is referring to hand sanitizer. There is also another product out there refereed to as alcohol gel. that is for burning as a fuel for heating things (like water at a campfire etc).
One thing missing is a decent foldup/pocket map so you can find your way around if you get lost.
