Received my title in the mail today. Its not signed :?: Isnt it the same as a car title, has to be signed by owner and seller and notarized?

Don't sign it UNTIL you are ready to sell it. Otherways, if it were to get stolen, they could change ownership since you already sign it.
Beer is the answer . . . what was the question?

The dealership won't be on it....as long as the type of vehicle and your name/info is on it it is ok.

if it has a lien on it, the banks information is sometimes included.

When you sell it you will sign it with the buyer, but do not sign it now. Congratulations on the scoot though. I am picking mine up in a few weeks and I am really excited.
