Fess Up. How many?
Confession time, how many scooters are in your household?
2 and counting here. I'm waiting to see what's cool for '09. Motorsports told me that they'll call me when the Kymco Super 8 comes in. Also, if SYM brings out the WoWow aka their version of the Honda Cub I'm so there.
I'm sure someone like Bunny will have a whole stable full by the end of the year .

The scenery only changes for the lead scooterist.

I have plans to get another at some point. Probably next spring.

Yeah...pcbikedude wrote:I'm sure someone like Bunny will have a whole stable full by the end of the year .
No.
The only things I collect are old soda bottles and designer handbags...oh, and really good books. One scooter is plenty for me, thanks!
Although, I might have a decent collection of gear...

Scoots in household
2005 CPI Oliver City 50
1987 Honda Elite 250
Piaggio MP3 250
As soon as the CPI is ready for sale, I'll flog it on CraigsList. Right now it needs carburetor cleaned and adjusted, and the kick start put back on. Wife wants room in garage, or I'd keep it as a loaner.
The Honda is my vintage machine. And a lot of fun to ride.

Re: Fess Up. How many?
Would you define household for me . . . One of the major reasons I haven't made a commitment.
My wish list:
A)
Something in the 650 cc to 750 cc range maybe Motoguzzi Breva; or new Bonnie Black
and
B)
Scooter for small hops and those cuddly little strokes together: 2 stroke 4 stroke who cares, there was a time when even I use to smoke.
C)
And something from the good ole past would be nice too.

Re: Fess Up. How many?
I was looking into getting a passport for a while when the buddy fell in my lap (really great deal), I do still eye them though, perhaps I could convince my GF to get one of these SYM knockoffs, at 100cc they should be more powerful than the 70s, still clutch less manual?pcbikedude wrote:Confession time, how many scooters are in your household?
