Are you sure you bought it for your wife? You might have to go back to the dealer and buy another one "for her".

This sounds like the creme buddy thread where she got a new creme buddy because he "stole" her black one. Maybe it will work out equally well here.

About 90 since I picked it up on Saturday. Seems great so far but since I have never had a scooter before I might not know there was a problem until it was really obvious.

About 75. I need to clean out a space to park it in our outbuilding (where the riding lawnmower parks); right now it's in the basement, and very difficult to get in and out the narrow door there without assistance!

But no technical difficulties--and I've enjoyed showing it off a LOT! 8)

I put about 300 on the one I tested. No problems whatsoever and I only used 2.5 tanks of gas.

I only had my Buddy for 2 days before leaving on vacation. I have ridden 4 days today and am having a blast. Just filled up for the first time yesterday 106 for one tank.

Due to a high ratio of sunny Minneapolis days allowing daily rides to my office and many points throughout the Twin Cities, my Buddy is about to hit to 800 miles!!!

I LOVE MY BUDDY 125!

Any updates?

How Many Miles?
How many miles do you average a day? (weekend warrior or daily grind?)
How's you Buddy holding up so far? (any repairs needed?)

2210 miles. Been commuting 76 miles round trip 2-3 days a week until 2 weeks ago. 2 oil changes, no other repairs/maintenance. I check the tires before each ride, but they rarely need inflating.

Reliable, stable, zippy, and fun--that's my buddy!

About 2300 fun as hell miles in the first 5 weeks, but then I wrecked and haven't really riddin in nearly 5 weeks since the wreck--broken wrist--surgery.

It has been sitting for a long time. I've fired it back up, but seems a bit doggy. Any suggestions?

I've got just over 300 miles, just did 1st oil change yesterday.

I only commute 7 miles one way and I just got the Buddy a month ago. Not much opportunity for non-commuting rides yet. I ride it to work whenever it's not precipitating. So it's been daily grind so far, but I will be riding for fun as well when weather and time permit.

551 miles in 7 weeks of ownership. Work is only 10 miles roundtrip, but I take the occasional long trip on weekends. Drove to my first oil change (52 miles roundtrip).

Love my Buddy!

Four weeks today...just shy of 600 miles. Not a problem at all, averaging about 90mpg, and it's getting more fun with every ride...

Dang! And I just rolled over 500

I'll probably post this again as it gets closer, but I'm tentatively planning to head up there on Dec 2nd for the following:
VESPA LAMBRETTA AND OTHER MAKES
SCOOTER / PARTS SWAP MEET
SATURDAY DEC 2ND 10:30 AM
SAN FRANCISCO SCOOTER CENTRE PARKING LOT
CORNER OF MISSION & 10TH ST.
I was just there today, and finally got the tools to fix the Bajaj!! 8) Now if only I didn't have to work tomorrow :(
