For A Few CC's More, 4/29-5/1

Tucson's Sky Island Riders will be hosting our second annual rally on 4/29-5/1/11. This is an "in town" rally ( as opposed to camping rallies.) All scooters are welcomed. Check out our web page or facebook group for details. This rally is modern scooter friendly.

a few highlights:
$25 dollar pre-reg
Lot's of rides including Mount Lemmon, 26 miles and 7000 vertical feet.
Food, including a Spaghetti Western Dinner
Scooter "Rodeo"
Raffle with the Grand Prize being a
Custom Designed, Scooter Themed Quilt

Put it on your calendar
Raffle proceeds will be donated to Ben's Bells, a local Tucson Charity

Only 6 weeks until the For A Few CC's More rally. Pre-registration is open, but only for 4 more weeks. Only those who pre-register will be getting t-shirts and they are going to be incredible.

So,get your registration done ASAP. Go to http://skyislandriders.com/ and look at the right side of the screen to register with paypal. If you don't use paypal, send me $25 and your t-shirt size.

Pre-registration for the rally ends 4/17. I order shirts baed on pre-registrations, so get your $ in if you want a shirt. They are going to be awesome shirts btw.

Things are coming together nicely and there are some good raffle prizes coming in.

I just talked to the Flamingo Hotel, downtown. They are giving us an awesome rate of $55/night for the rally. Call and say you want the "Scooter Rally" rate.

Here is their webpage. The hotel os old but was recently remodeled. I've had a couple of doctor friends stay there recently and said it is very nice.

Final Reminder
First, thank you to all those who have already pre-registered for the rally. I hope you're looking forward to it as much as I am.

As it says, this is your final reminder that pre-registration for our rally ends in jsut 2 days. I will close it Sunday night and order t-shirts Monday morning.

We're going to have good times.
