Join the San Francisco Scooter Girls as we disarm a mob of active and retired firefighters and their big, mildly impressive Harleys!
We're tagging along with the Seventh Annual Johnny "V" Memorial Toy Run benifitting the San Francisco Firefighters Local 798 Toy Program! Meet us for coffee at 9:30am at the fabulously retro Silver Crest Donut Shoppe at 340 Bayshore Blvd. We'll leave Silver Crest at 10am for registration with the Wind & Fire Motorcycle Club at 2225 Jerrold Ave.
It's a fundraiser, so bring $25 and a new, unwrapped toy for the tots. This is THE group ride for anyone who fears group rides because 1) police are escorting the ride and blocking traffic! 2) we'll be surrounded by Navy Seal-type people who are prepared for every imaginable emergency! 3) it will be fun fun fun!
The ride will probably last 1 hour, possibly 1 1/2. It ends with a BBQ.
