Modern Buddy

Braking isn't exactly the Stella's strong point. I recently wore out my fronts and decided to upgrade to Malossi pads as the replacements. They were a slightly off fit; I had to file a little overlap on the side of one of them. Otherwise, an easy swap.

Best of all, MORE STOPPING POWER! How much? I don't know, but better than I recall from when the scoot was new.

My tech says these may not last as long but I can live with that.
